Congratulations to Marc Stears, who has been appointed a Professor.  He has been awarded the title through the annual Recognition of Distinction scheme.

Marc Stears' primary research interest is in radical political thought.  Marc also works in contemporary normative political theory where he has particular interests in research methods, as well as in both American and British politics.  He is currently a Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Public Policy Research (www.ippr.org).
