Congratulations to Tom Snijders, who will be awarded an honorary doctorate from the President of the Université Paris-Dauphine on December 16^th.

The title of Doctor Honoris Causa is one of the most prestigious distinctions conferred by French universities upon foreign personalities with the approval of the French Foreign Affairs Ministry.

Tom will receive the doctorate “for his contributions to the statistical modelling of social networks.”
