Introduction

I have been in Oxford for most of my professional career but have also worked in other British universities, in the USA, and in Australia. I was a college tutor in an undergraduate college for 13 years, during which the college scaled the heights of PPE. I now hold a research post. I started the Department's Public Policy Unit in 2005.
