Jonathan Leader Maynard has appeared on TalkRADIO to discuss terrorism, in the context of the recent attack in Westminster.

Jonathan highlighted that the majority of terrorism does not take place in the West, but in the Middle East and in Nigeria, where terrorism is associated with ongoing conflicts. He argued that terrorist attacks in the West should viewed in this broader context:

"We need to keep terrorist attacks in proportion. The amount of people who die elsewhere in the world from terrorism, and the amount of people who die from violence in the West through other means, is much, much higher than terrorism. It is not one of the biggest killers in the world."

The interview can be heard here - Jonathan appears from 10 minutes into the 8-8.30 section.
