Leadership voices: Unlocking potential through mentoring

  • Thursday, 12 March 2026
  • 10:00am - 12:45pm
  • The Linbury Building, Worcester College, 1 Walton Street, Oxford, OX1 2HB

EDI Hub - Equality and Diversity Unit, the Equality and Diversity Unit and the Oxford Women’s Network (OWN) invite colleagues from across the collegiate University to a special mentoring event to mark International Women’s Day.

Hosted at Worcester College, this intimate gathering will bring together colleagues for a series of focused, small-group conversations with senior women leaders. Through candid reflections on their career journeys, our mentors will share insights into the many ways one can build their careers and shape leadership at Oxford.

These conversations offer a rare opportunity to engage directly with experienced leaders, ask thoughtful questions, and hear honest accounts of navigating career journeys. Whether you are considering your next step, seeking perspective, or simply looking to build connection, we hope you will join us.

This event is open to all staff, regardless of role and grade.

Places are limited, so please register early to secure your place.
