Ngaire has been awarded the first Hood Visiting Fellowship at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. The Hood Fellowship Fund was created to mark the achievements of our current Vice-Chancellor, Dr John Hood, during his time as Vice-Chancellor at Auckland. Ngaire is very honoured to be awarded one of the Fellowships and totally delighted to be returning to the University where she studied Economics and Law prior to joining Oxford University. Ngaire will be visiting Auckland in March and April to give three public lectures based on her forthcoming Cornell University Press book about the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
