Megan Bradley received top marks at the 9th CDAI-CDFAI Annual Graduate Student Symposium

Megan Bradley, a graduate student in International Relations, was one of 12 graduate students from around the world to receive top marks at the 9th CDAI-CDFAI Annual Graduate Student Symposium, held last weekend at the Royal Military College (RMC) of Canada in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Megan was also one of 8 students to receive an honourable mention for her presentation, entitled ‘In safety and dignity`: Refugee return, redress and post-conflict security`.
The 9th CDAI-CDFAI Annual Graduate Student Symposium was based on the theme ‘Security and Defence: National and International Issues`. It provided graduate students a unique opportunity to present scholarly works on security, defence or foreign policy-related issues in a public forum. The Symposium is organized by the Conference of Defence Associations Institute (CDAI), a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to increasing public awareness of Canada`s security situation, as well as the vital role played by the Canadian Forces in our society and in the world. The Symposium is held in collaboration with the Canadian Defence and Foreign Affairs Institute (CDFAI).

Megan is a DPhil student in International Relations at St Antony`s College. She also is currently employed at the International Development Research Centre (IRDC) in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Megan previously studied at the University of St Andrews, and received an MSc in Forced Migration at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford.
