Neil MacFarlane appointed S. Rajaratnam Visiting Professor

Neil MacFarlane was recently appointed the S. Rajaratnam Visiting Professor at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He is currently spending three weeks there.

Neil MacFarlane is Head of Department, Lester B Pearson Professor of International Relations and Fellow, St Anne’s College.
