Professor Andrew Hurrell given the Susan Strange Award

Andrew Hurrell has been given the Susan Strange Award by the International Studies Association at its annual meeting in New Orleans in February.


This award recognizes ‘a person whose singular intellect, assertiveness, and insight most challenge conventional wisdom and intellectual and organizational complacency in the international studies community’.  Previous winners have included Kathryn Sikkink, Robert Keohane, Peter Katzenstein and Richard Falk.
