Professor Richard Caplan appointed to World Economic Forum`s Council on Fragile States

Richard Caplan has been appointed to the World Economic Forum`s Global Agenda Council on Fragile States. The Council, chaired by Ashraf Ghani, consists of 20 members and serves as an advisory board to the Forum and to other interested parties, such as governments and international organisations.

Richard Caplan is Professor of International Relations, Director of the Centre for International Studies, Official Fellow, Linacre College.
