Professor Sudhir Hazareesingh discusses the fading influence of the intellectual in French politics

Sudhir Hazareesingh has been interviewed for California’s KVON radio about his book, 'How the French Think: An Affectionate Portrait of an Intellectual People' and the ideas behind France's political and cultural history.

In the programme he is asked why France, which was once so globally influential, has lost that influence.
