ESRC has announced the latest call for applications to its Postdoctoral Fellowship (PDF) scheme, aimed at providing a career development opportunity for those in the immediately postdoctoral stage of their career.
DPIR Expression of Interest Process
Applicants wishing to be considered a candidate for the UKRI Postdoctoral Fellowship with Oxford Department of Politics and International Relations (DPIR), are required to email DPIR Research Office by 5pm on 7th April 2026 providing the following information:
- Your name and the UK institution of your current academic affiliation;
- Date of your (expected) PhD viva voce (must be between 1st March 2025 and 1st June 2026)
- Title of your ESRC Fellowship and a brief project description (max 500 words)
- Specify which of the Grand Union DTP’s 24 thematic pathways your research is aligned to
- Name of your prospect mentor (a member of the DPIR faculty)
- Confirmation that you are committed to provide the department with the Expression of Interest submission pack by 4pm on 20th April, should your project be supported by DPIR to the next application stage.
