We are partnering with the ICA Pre-conference Hackathon hosted in South Africa, organised by the Computational Methods division and the Communication Science and Biology interest group of the International Communication Association. We have also established partnerships with the MIT Science Policy Review and with an independent media organisation Europinion, further extending our reach into policy discussions.
ICA Pre-conference Hackathon

The ICA Pre-conference Hackathon is a two-day hands-on workshop held before the annual meeting of the International Communication Association. It aims to build an open, collaborative, and supportive community across communication subfields using computational and “big data” approaches. Organized by the Computational Methods Division of ICA, the hackathon emphasizes collective learning, sharing, and collaboration rather than competition.
MIT Science Policy Review

The MIT Science Policy Review is a researcher-run publication founded in 2019 whose primary purpose is to publish accessible and authoritative peer-reviewed science policy papers on topics at the cutting edge of science and society. Additionally, the MIT Science Policy Review aims to be a resource for local, state, federal, and international policymakers who are involved in the creation and funding of science policies, especially those that are highly technical in subject matter.
Europinion

Europinion Group is an independent media collective committed to promoting honest and impactful conversations on the challenges and opportunities facing our world today. It brings together diverse voices and perspectives, creating a platform where ideas can be shared freely and without compromise.
As we expand, we are looking to partner with more organisations working on computational methods, AI safety, technological governance, and public policy. If you are a part of such an organisation or know someone, we would like to talk to you at ocpsg@politics.ox.ac.uk.
Sponsorship
We are currently seeking sponsors who could support our mission and help us in advancing research on AI, policy, and computational social science. Your support will allow us to expand our capacity building initiatives and various events, including roundtables with policy stakeholders, hackathons and conferences.
If you would like to discuss sponsorship opportunities and arrangements to support our work, reach out to us at ocpsg@politics.ox.ac.uk.
