OCPSG is committed to engaging policymakers and institutional stakeholders to ensure that research insights inform real-world decision-making and benefit solutions for addressing pressing global challenges. We are working towards building a community of practice and generating concrete outputs to create sustained two-way engagement between research and policy communities.
Together with our partner organisation Europinion, we were recently invited to speak at Europe House to the European Parliament’s Special Committee on the European Democracy Shield Mission to the United Kingdom about disinformation and media literacy. We were also cited in the mission report of the special committee. We are now performing further data-intensive research to assess manipulation resistance, trust dynamics, and civic confidence.
