Iván Tubío Sanlés
I am an MPhil student in Politics (Comparative Government) working under the supervision of Professor David Rueda. My research interests lie at the intersection of comparative political economy and political behaviour. I am currently researching on the political consequences of wealth inequality.
Before studying at Oxford, I graduated with distinction in the Dual Bachelor in International Studies and Political Science at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. I have previously worked as a "JAE Intro" scholar in the Institute for Economic Analysis (CSIC, BSE) under the supervision of Professor Ada Ferrer-i-Carbonell and as a research assistant in the Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Evaluation of Public Policies (Sciences Po Paris) under the supervision of Professor Bruno Palier.
Outside academia, I was a trainee at the Office of the Secretary of State for the European Union (Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and I served as EU Careers Student Ambassador at UC3M-European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO).
