Kimberley is a part-time DPhil student in Politics at the Department of Politics and International Relations (DPIR) at the University of Oxford. Her research interests focus on the impact of technological developments - specifically social media - on political polarisation and the efficacy and quality of democracy in the UK.

Kimberley worked for the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI), publishing reports on the effect of digitisation and automation on the global economy. She also worked as a Project Manager for the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation (CDEI), a UK government agency focusing on driving responsible innovation in artificial intelligence (AI) and other new technologies. Most recently, she worked for Plaid, a fintech that provides the digital infrastructure between financial firms.

Kimberley has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she specialised in public and economic policy. She completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in History and Political Science from the University of Dublin, Trinity College (TCD).
