Maxwell Bessler
Max Bessler is an MPhil candidate in International Relations at St. Antony's College. His research covers how technology companies and their products align with, resist, or reshape the behaviour of governments. Before Oxford, he was a Visiting Fellow at the Bay Area Council Economic Institute, a strategy consultant, an economic analyst at the CIA, and intern at the Economics Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Away from his research, he loves triathlon, writing, and the occasional row.
