I joined DPIR after working at King's College London and the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London in various research and managerial roles. Through my work as a coach, I facilitate a critical conversation that focuses on bringing the best out of people. This also includes academic coaching where I support funding applications and interview preparations.
Responsibilities:

Support development of funding applications

Offer coaching sessions to academic staff members

Manage the Research Facilitation Team.

Support the Director of Research to develop and implement DPIR's research strategy.
Working patterns:
I work from home Monday and Friday and will be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
