I joined DPIR after working at King's College London and the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London in various research and managerial roles. Through my work as a coach, I facilitate a critical conversation that focuses on bringing the best out of people. This also includes academic coaching where I support funding applications and interview preparations.
Responsibilities:
Support development of funding applications
Offer feedback on grant applications
Offer coaching sessions to academic staff members preparing for interviews
Manage the Research Facilitation Team.
Support the Director of Research to develop and implement DPIR's research strategy.
Working patterns:
I am typically in the office Tuesday and Wednesdays but please do not hesitate to contact me or the Research Facilitation team by email if you would like support for your research.
