The Department of Politics and International Relations is excited to announce the development of a proposed MSc in Global Challenges.
This innovative, one-year programme is designed to provide students with a deep understanding of, and an ability to, develop solutions to pressing global problems - from climate change and climate security to global inequalities - to the spread of populism and nationalism, to increasing conflict and insecurity.
This programme’s unique features include the combination of all three major sub-disciplines of politics, (Comparative Government, Political Theory and International Relations), in addition to cutting-edge quantitative and qualitative methods training that it can offer thanks to our new Centre for Advanced Social Science Methods (CASSM).
This initiative aims to equip future leaders with the skills and frameworks needed to navigate the ever-evolving global political landscape.
We are conducting market research to ensure this programme meets real-world needs. If you are a professional, academic, student, or employer interested in these fields, we want to hear from you!
