Federica Genovese Joins Leading Scholars in the Leverhulme Trust’s “Living Library of Knowledge”

Professor Federica Genovese has been featured in the newly launched Philip Leverhulme Prize Collection, created in partnership between the Leverhulme Trust and EXPeditions.

The Collection, now live on the EXPeditions digital publishing platform, brings together sixty conversations with leading UK researchers across disciplines — all past or current Philip Leverhulme Prize winners — to explore their ideas, inspirations, and the impact of their work.

Professor Genovese, a 2024 Philip Leverhulme Prize winner, is a professor of political science and international relations whose research focuses on international and comparative political economy, with particular attention to climate politics and policy. Her conversation in the Collection highlights the global and institutional challenges of addressing the climate crisis, and how political cooperation can shape more effective climate governance.

At the heart of the collaboration between EXPeditions and the Leverhulme Trust lies a shared commitment to resisting disinformation, championing academic freedom, and engaging citizens in the pursuit and understanding of knowledge. All content is open access across platforms and freely available to view and share.

The launch forms part of the Leverhulme Trust’s centenary celebrations, which include a £100 million commitment to support emerging research talent and new public engagement initiatives.
